We are a four partner dispensing practice in beautiful North Northumberland. Our main surgery is located in the village of Belford , with a branch surgery down the coast in the Health Centre at Seahouses.

We are involved in the training of qualified doctors (known as Registrars) wanting to qualify as General Practitioners and hence commonly have a fifth doctor working alongside us. Each registrar normally stays with us for six months at a time. We are also involved in the teaching of final year medical students from Newcastle, who come to us on 3 or 4 week attachments as part of their undergraduate training.

We are a research practice, which means we are active in trying to find better ways of treating patients. However, we look after all our patients to the same high standard whether they take part in research projects or not.
